Innerwear, accessories, and personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear
Items purchased from offline / physical stores, unless stated otherwise

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@royalunique.in within 48 hours of delivery
Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Return Pickup

Approved returns will be collected through reverse pickup where available
In non-serviceable locations, customers may need to self-ship the product
Any return shipping charges (if applicable) will be informed in advance

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed
Exchanges are initiated only after receiving the returned product

6. Quality Check

All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection. Returns that fail inspection will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
