  • The product is returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with tags and packaging intact

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Bridal wear, customized, or made-to-order products

  • Items bought during sale, clearance, or special discount offers

  • Innerwear, accessories, and personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Products purchased from offline/physical stores, unless clearly mentioned

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check

  • After approval, the refund will be initiated

  • Customers will be notified via email or SMS regarding refund status

4. Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment

  • Online payments: credited within 7–10 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI after receiving customer details

5. Order Cancellation Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for refunds

  • Cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Partial return of an order

  • Promotional or coupon-based discounts applied

  • Return shipping or handling charges (if applicable and informed)
