5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances.
Royal Unique is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier partner issues.
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if products are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
Bridal wear, customized products, and discounted items may be non-returnable unless damaged.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Products purchased from physical stores are governed by store-level policies.
Online return/exchange policies may not apply to offline purchases unless stated otherwise.
